Incorporated in March of 1793, Bethlehem, NY, is situated on the west bank of the Hudson River, bordering Albany, the capital city of New York State. Its location allows easy access to New York City, Boston and Montreal, all of which are just hours away by car or rail. It’s a quiet suburb and retains a rural feel. The town boasts excellent schools, one of which is the Bethlehem Children’s School, which provides progressive education for the whole child, emphasizing nature, wisdom and wellness. Turns out BCS may be a little too progressive for the gentlefolk of Bethlehem. During The Plague, the school installed special tent-like structures that aren’t typical for upstate New York and the locals are hopping mad.
