The United States Navy owns and operates a bunch of boats, ships, submarines, planes, jets and other stuff and when their stuff unintentionally bumps into other of their stuff too often, the Navy issues an order to “stand down”. The expression has different military applications, but in the present sense it means, “OK, everybody, let’s stop what we’re doing so we can figure out why our [planes, ships, what-have-you] are smashing into one another”. It’s an important time of examination and analysis. This applies to LoucheLife, too, for reasons I now describe.
